But, for this time, I make rujak just 3 kind of fruits: pineapple, rose-apple fruit and cucumber. Because I just have them in my refrigerator.
1. Fresh fruits
2. Brown sugar
3. Tamarind
4. Chilies
Tools:
1. Knife
2. “Cobek” and “ulekan”
Steps:
2. Wash the fruits
3. Peel the fruits skin
