Making Indonesian Salad ("Rujak")




    When there’s no activity that I must do, usually I make a simple food to fill my spare time. And now, I want to show you how to make rujak.
          Rujak is Indonesian food that was made by fresh fruits with the hot spicy. Usually, Rujak made of some fruits, example mango, cucumber, pineapple, rose-apple fruit and etc. 
But, for this time, I make rujak just 3 kind of fruits: pineapple, rose-apple fruit and cucumber. Because I just have them in my refrigerator.


  Ingredients:
    1.     Fresh fruits
    2.     Brown sugar
    3.     Tamarind
    4.     Chilies
            Tools:
     1.     Knife
     2.     “Cobek” and “ulekan”
Steps:
1.     Prepare all the ingredients and the tool
2.     Wash the fruits
3.     Peel the fruits skin
 



 
  Slice the fruits into small piece




  
   
5. Prepare the fruits on the plate and  give 2 or 3 spoon of rujak spice 


6.Now, Rujak is ready to serve
